Objective

Molecular biology methods: analysis of nucleic acids, proteins, random or directed mutagenesis tools, -omics approaches.

At the end of this TU the student will be able to: select and master the tools of biology and molecular genetics adapted to the analysis of complex experimental data (bio-analyses) and to integrative biology approaches.

Content

This TU enables students to deepen their knowledge and gain perspective on molecular biology and direct or reverse genetics methods, which are essential for the analysis of complex experimental data (bio-analyses) and integrative biology approaches.

It will be delivered in the form of a reverse class. From 3 series of lectures to be studied at home, 3 sessions of tutorials will be given, during which the students will be able to verify the acquisition of knowledge and apply it through exercises.
