Objective

To write and present scientific concepts to a non-specialist audience.

Aimed competencies: Acquisition of the CEFR B2 level

Content

Developing the four skills which are oral expression, written expression, oral and written comprehension, rooted mainly in the scientific context and the study of authentic documents. During the semester, students will have to work on their grammatical and lexical rigor, especially in order to be able to express themselves clearly and precisely, in order to understand the subtleties to which they will be exposed. In addition to the linguistic aspect, they will be invited to give lectures and write essays that will require work on the methodology of argumentation, which can be a major difficulty in a foreign language.
