Metabolic Physiology

Integrative approaches to understand plant metabolism and its regulation in response to stress

Content

The teaching unit is constituted of two parts (1 week each). The idea is to underline the importance of -omics approaches (metabolomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) in the understanding of plant physiology. Two case studies are used as illustrations: oxidative stress regulation (week 1) and carbon and nitrogen metabolisms (week 2).

Training managers

Mathieu JOSSIER (Lecturer Université Paris-Saclay) and Sophie FILLEUR (Lecturer Université Paris Cité)
